She was laughing on the phone and kept “yepping” me. Was given a stale apple fritter instead of a coffee roll and a cinnamon muffin instead of blueberry. It was like a rock. Corporate will be contacted.

The person asked if I wanted to pick or just have assorted for me. I said assorted, boy was that a mistake. Gentlemen at the window was nice. I immediately noticed the box was cold which was odd as my experience I have never had a cold box. I got home and the box was opened. The donuts were ice cold and the assortment was donuts of flavors that are NOT popular. Why would an assortment not be popular donuts?? Its clear they put the unpopular donuts at the end of the night in a fridge and sell to idiots like me that request assorted. A mistake I will never make again. Made another trip out and got the kids krispi cream donuts that were hot and fresh!!
