  I had a really good experience at Chipotle, especially because of Milah. She was very kind, patient, and respectful the whole time. I have a speech problem, and she handled it really well—she didn’t rush me at all and made sure I was comfortable while ordering. That meant a lot to me. On top of that, the place was very clean and well kept, which I definitely noticed right away. The dining area and counter were tidy, and everything looked organized. Milah’s customer service was excellent, and she really made the visit better for me. Chipotle is lucky to have someone like her working there.

  The server kept getting our order wrong because he would put items on before letting us finish. He ended up throwing away 3 bowls and we couldn't stand tl see the waste we just let him get it wrong the fourth time. Our steak and chicken bowls were SO salty we couldn't even taste our food. Felt like we were eating a salt block. We were staving and finished anyway and now have really bad belly aches. Terrible service and food. Reporting now and never coming back.

  Yo slow down please, staff is like racing to make the bowls barely putting anything in them. Not sure if the rushing is to like keep people from asking for more but it’s like a cortisol spike heaven if you’re into that. Kinda disappointed

  This was around 5pm yesterday. When I first walked in the door was so filthy I couldn’t even see through it. If they can’t even wipe the door down the rest of the place probably isn’t getting much love 😞 it got worse when I got to the line. Almost everything was empty. I left without getting food because I saw them scraping from the bottom of containers to put food in bowls and on burritos. Disappointing.

  The food is fine and yes at times the salt can be too much and if you ask them the standard answer is they use salt as an ingredient and at times it could be more, but too salty is not tasty. The biggest issue is the portions, if you ask for extra rice they make faces at you and we really have to ask two or three times to add a spoon extra. They add one scoop and a small scoop and spread it around to show they have added more. We expect of someone wants extra rice you can add it as Chipotle on its menu sash up to two products can be added extra like rice, beans or cheese and they need to train their associates that it is not fun to show their faces at customer when they ask for extra.
