I guess every single time you should check every single order and item in your bag before you leave. One time I arrived and they gave our food away too. I’ve never had so many issues with a chipotle or any place when it comes to messing up orders like this. It’s 4 times in a row now.

If I had ordered an individual bowl I would how gotten more rice in my 1 individual bowl than this family meal. I ordered the food for pick up so when I got home I wasn’t going to drive all the back. This is ridiculous after paying over $54 for this amount of food. I’m very upset about this. There needs to be some kind of standards.

Everyone working was loud, obnoxious and paid zero attention to the customers. The place was very dirty and the dark haired girl checking us out was rude and very pushy with trying to get us to leave so her and the other 2 girls could mess around with some pink haired kid who was running around and screaming. Maybe have an adult on staff and teach these kids to help other staff members and not mess around the whole time.

Took 9 minutes before the one person working the counter could make 2 bowls and check out the 2 people in front of me and ask me what I wanted. No hello or welcome in, or greeting of any kind. 2 employees were busy in the kitchen cutting protein and working the drive through. 2 employees were in the lobby eating. Maybe have 1 employee take break:lunch at a time so the customers can get in and out faster. BTW it was $26 for a double chicken protein bowl with avocado, chips and a regular sized coke.
