  Thanks a lot guys. Where are my sides? Cold queso. Stale chips. It’s a Tuesday and they were fully staffed! Playa Bowl next door doesn’t mess up my order. Guess I’ll just keep going there.

  This chipotle location has gone to hell. The portions are insanely small. Nothing was clean. Nothing was stocked at all. I am NOT happy! All the employees were walking around the lobby and laughing obnoxiously loud. Don’t come here if you are looking for a good experience.

  This location is trash. I’ve ordered delivery for the 4th time. No exaggeration they have put someone else’s bowl in my bag and delivered it. Stay away. Management and owner of this location doesn’t know what they are doing.

  Ordered chicken and got steak. Decided to read the reviews. Chipotle, you should be embarrassed and shut down this location or maybe just fire the entire team and start from scratch. It would probably be cheaper. Absolutely embarrassing. You deserve 1 star rating at this location.

  I love chipotle but recently in the last few years it has gone downhill in general. I just recently visited this new location. I ordered ahead and picked it up through the drive thru lane. As I approached the window I was not greeted with a simple “hello or welcome to chipotle” she just asked what is your name. Then handed me my food and did not say “have a good day or come back and see us”. Just simple customer service. As I am waiting for her to look back. She did not double check my bag because if she did then she would have realized that I also ordered a drink. I purchased a small drink but because of her rudeness and quick to just let me go instead of double checking I told her I ordered a large drink instead. She walked away AS IF that made her mad because obviously she had to stop what she was doing to go get me my drink when you should have already had the cup ready to know that this order came with a drink. (See I use to work at Chipotle and that is how we knew if someone needed a drink. The size cup would be next to the bag) Furthermore, this is why in general I have stopped going to Chipotle as often as I use too. The final comment I have to say is that my burrito I ordered was not a tucked burrito. The burrito was not wrapped correctly. The ingredients inside starting to spill away after the second bite. Please retrain your staff. Thank you.
