  No meat on any of our orders. I rather drive a bit longer on 192 and Narcoossee to have a descent meal! I will not go there again!!

  The portions here keep getting smaller and smaller, which is really disappointing considering the price. And honestly, the current economy shouldn’t be used as an excuse for what’s happening at this fast food chain. On top of that, the food quality has gone downhill—dish was dry, lack basic flavor, the guacamole was black, and the beans looked old. It just doesn’t feel consistent or well-prepared anymore. Staff don’t greet you, don’t make eye contact, and seem completely disengaged. You have to ask for everything—utensils, sauces, even basic items—because they don’t anticipate simple needs or show any attention to detail.
