  i tried to come at 12 am with my brother and have a good time eating taco bell again for the first time in a bit and comes to find out it’s closed for no reason even though it’s said in google maps and apple maps it closes at 1

  We just tried to walk in and they locked the door and wouldn’t let us in when they CLEARLY don’t close til 2 AM. As we tried to open the door they were giggling and laughing telling us that they’re “closed”. We then proceeded to pull into the drive through to order and while we’re ordering one of the girls yelled “oh my God!” in an annoyed tone as if she was beyond bothered to do her job! It was extremely disrespectful and that wasn’t cute. I’d suggest you speak with your workers about this behavior because it’s putting a bad look. Also they made my fries half ass, they were barely even warm when i got them. On top of that they didn’t give me what i ordered!! i wanted a grilled cheese steak burrito and instead got a cantina wrap. i’m sick of this behavior, please get your employees in line this is disappointing.

  If there is a way to give zero star I would. I came here at 1:48am. Closing time is at 2am. All the lights were on but no one to attend the drive thru lane. I waited for few minutes at order screen no response, then I went to delivery window - no one there. There were few cars in the parking lot. Not sure what’s going on.

  Recently ordered thru drive up window two chalupas with tacos. Two separate orders. Was asked if we wanted sauces we said yes. Got home no sauces and all four chalupa shells were severely under cooked. Felt almost like raw dough. Had to put in air fryer to try and cook them. Don’t think we will be going back to this location after reading reviews as well. Should have done that first
