  I haven't been to sonic in I believe over a decade. While there were items missing from my bag the lady working was very helpful and took care of me right away. Food was good, just the burger wasnt very smashed like a smash burger is. Felt more like two regular patties.

  The quality of the food here has gone way down hill. Got a hot dog today. bun was dry and falling apart. the hot dog was luke warm at best. Hardly cooked. just not good!!

  Food is always fresh and delicious, a lill pricey but worth it. My only complaint is that there is not enough employees and the ones they have have to work double their load.

  I understand things happen but the understaffing (or what feels like it) has to change. Mobile ordered, checked in and 2 minutes later got the “Someone’s on the way enjoy your food!!” just for it to never come out, wait 30 mins and have to call to get someone’s attention. When I got the food it was cold so I figured it was sitting back there probably the entire 30 mins. At least the order was correct !!
