  Horrible experience. Ordered pizza on line which I received confirmation to pickup in 45 minutes. When I reached store they said they didn’t have my order and I needed to call Door Dash to correct. I said I ordered it for pickup and not delivery. I showed him the confirmation. They said they’d resubmit order and it would take 45 minutes. They tried to charge me again for order which I already paid for. Had to pull up my credit card history to prove. They were so short of help the person at the front counter would disappear for 10 minutes at a time. It took up to 10 minutes for those coming into Pizza Hut to see someone to get their order. Most of the order’s weren’t ready.

  They don't use their own drivers anymore, so when no one knocks on your door and just leaves your pizza sitting on the front porch don't be surprised (Doordash for this order). Also, if you want to change the tip because they obviously doesn't deserve a 6.00 tip, they'll tell you there's nothing they can do to change it. Oh yeah, and they forgot icing with my cinnamon sticks, so yay for dry cinnamon sticks 😑 Done with Pizza Hut. If you're too cheap to pay real delivery drivers, I'm to cheap to buy from you.

  DON'T USE THIS LOCATION! THEY PUT AN EXTRA CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD.WHICH I CANCELED. THE PIZZA WAS WAY OVERCOOKED AND DRY. OVER HALF OF BOTH PIZZAS WAS NOT EDIBLE. ORDERED THE PIZZA FOR GUESTS AND I WAS MORTIFIED AT WHAT THEY SENT TO MY HOME. DOORDASH DELIVERED WITH SEVERAL STOPS ON THE WAY AND THE PIZZA WAS NEARLY COLD WHEN IT ARRIVED.
