  Food was good. Correct and fresh. Atmosphere is super laid back like an all star crew knowing what to do. Sadly, the service at the pick up spot was not the same level. Took more time peeling stickers for empty boxes than being a greeter and didnt care about the line that had formed while he was struggling with said stickers.

  Busy Friday evening, ordered some pies for pickup. Couple people in front of me waiting for their orders when the attendant asked if anyone hadn't been helped. Guy up front says he was still waiting, when the attendant turns around and starts yelling across the room to another worker. "Why is he talking to me like I didn't already tell him it wasn't ready yet? Why is he asking me this? Maybe you can tell him next time, I don't know why he's talking to me." No, thank you. I'll drive the 10 minutes down the road to the other store where they don't talk to me like I'm garbage.

  The first pizzas they made today were super thin and half raw. The guy there tried to argue with me that it wasn't his fault because he put them through the oven. These are picture of original crust pizzas. Those are thinner than a thin crust. I pulled off a piece of a crust and showed the guy. It is thinner than a cracker. Papa John's has always had thick, bread crust. Maybe they got cheap and now have 1mm thick crust.

  This is my go-to place to order pizza; they never fail to make my order exactly as requested, or if there is a mistake made, they promptly remake the item. I have no complaints!

  Twice I went there for my wings because the usual store I go to was closed. I like my wings well done so I usually ask to put my wings back in the oven one full time. That’s just how my wife and I like them. These guys always act like I’m speaking another language when I request that. They Tell me they can’t so I don’t get sick like what?!?!? My usual store know me by name so they do it even before I get there. But this manager lies to me telling me he already puts them in twice when you can tell it’s not. I’m only putting a bad review because this has happened twice with the same guy and he’s the manager. Simply because it was close to closing time he didn’t want to put them back in for me. SMH
