- NCNancy CervantesApr 17, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The food was terrible—cold, poorly prepared, and clearly not up to standard. The service was just as bad. The staff seemed unorganized, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping customers. To make things worse, they didn’t even get my order right. I got home and realized items were missing, so I had to drive all the way back just to pick up what I had already paid for. That’s completely unacceptable and a huge inconvenience.
