  On 5/15/26 I went through drive through and ordered 3 meal deals . The girl on the speaker was polite but I worked here a long time ago and I know the owners would be upset with long hair being worn down and what not, like even if she's in the back drive through she's still in a food service area. And they forgot 2/3 of the nuggets 😐

  This is the second time I have been in this McDonald's and they have taken over 20 mins with my order. The first time I walked out. I don't know who is running the joint but they should learn how to prioritize things better.

  I have visited this location several times during late-night hours (between 2:30 AM and 3:30 AM), and the experience has consistently been poor. On multiple occasions, they claim their “system is down,” so they are unable to process orders placed through the app or fulfill already paid orders. The only solution they offer is to cancel the order and wait for a refund, which is both inconvenient and frustrating. However, they are willing to accept cash payments at that time, which raises concerns about the legitimacy of the supposed system issue. Additionally, the customer service during the night shift is very unprofessional. There is little to no effort made to resolve the situation. I do not recommend this location during late-night hours due to unreliable service and poor customer experience.

  Briana in the driveway tonight was so pleasant and kind. She took our order and before even seeing her lovely smile we could feel her warm and contagious energy!! Although we’ve always had a good experience at this location, Briana made this time one to remember and we look forward to returning to see her!

  I wanted to make everyone aware I went to McDonald’s today and ordered a meal. I paid extra for a large drink with no ice the manager, Alexando gave me a medium cup with no ice and also below fill. I approached him on it as he handed the cup to me through the drive-through window and I asked him what size cup was that and he told me it was large because I had to wait for my meal. I had to pull over into a parking spot until it was done. It was there that I seen the cup says medium and it was filled to the line underneath the cup filled this is unacceptable as you have to pay $1.10 extra for a large drink. Then he gave a Medium cup, and a full eater. His approach was very unacceptable because he lied and on top of that he said that’s the way it is and take it. I went inside to get my money back where one of the staff had to return my money and she seemed very timid, embarrassed, and also tried to apologize. Another employee walking behind her said he is the manager and no one can do anything about him. Be aware they rip you off while charging you extra. Know about your rights as a customer. The line on the cup shows where no ice should be but know the drink size cup on the side.
