    I personally had two deaths in the family and dealing with my mom's dementia for over 3 years. I'm on my way back from West Palm Beach to head back home. Stopped at Dunkin Donuts because they said they're a 24-hour service I went to the kiosk. I place my order because they told me it's 24 hours. After I placed my order in waited a few minutes. A young lady in a blue shirt came out and said I need to holler to let someone know if they're there. I was very polite with her and friendly she reciprocated nothing back. Very robotic and unwelcoming. I'm from New York City and we deal with a lot of rudeness but this was over the top. To make matters worse she gave me a cold sandwich. Had to go back in and you would have thought that I was some enemy she hated. Simply told her the sandwich cold and she just gave me the attitude that was worse than before. I explained that I've had two deaths of family and dealing with my mom's dementia and I was still friendly with her even offered to pray for her. No soul in this individual. Completely cold. How in the world in this beautiful country do we deal with people getting hired like this???? I don't understand. What a sad representation for Dunkin!

    Would have given zero stars if I could. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I placed my order through the self-service kiosk, yet they still managed to get it wrong—not once, but twice. After waiting, they ended up handing me someone else’s order entirely. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the staff became rude, yelled at me, and acted completely unprofessionally instead of trying to fix the problem. The employees clearly lack basic customer service skills and don’t seem to know how to prepare or verify orders correctly. The entire experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Dunkin’ should be ashamed of how this location is being operated. I will never return to this store and would strongly recommend others avoid it as well.

    Terrible service. If you’re not familiar with the technology or how to use their menu, don’t come here. Have a question? Don’t expect any help. And on top of that, they ask for a tip.

    Don’t go here!!! I feel bad for the workers because they’re probably under a lot of stress due to poor management. I ordered a latte and waited 50 minutes along with many others while the workers were running around stressed. I didn’t even receive my latte, I left because people who ordered after me were already receiving theirs and there was no way for me to get the attention of a worker. So $10 gone bc they don’t communicate with customers telling them why the orders are taking so long or any updates about anything. This is a good location but it’s worth nothing unless there’s good management and workers. I’m very disappointed…

    I visited Dunkin’ yesterday at 11:00 p.m. There was only one attendant working. While I can sympathize with having to work alone late at night, the service was terrible, unbelievably bad. The employee clearly did not want to be there. He carelessly charged me for the wrong item and then refused to issue a refund after I pointed out his mistake. Instead of correcting the error, he acted dismissively and very unprofessionally. I left without my refund and extremely angered by the attendants’s blatant disrespect for the customer. I will be writing corporate as well and based on the 2.1 Google rating, mine is not an isolated incident. Shame on this franchisee for trashing the Dunkin name.
