- JAJennifer AsgaraliAug 3, 20261.0I ordered a drink from this location on 7/31/26 (Friday) via the mobile app and picked it up and left the store. When I was in my car, I realized that the cup contained mostly ice and not much tea. I contacted Dunkin via the app the same day and provided feedback. Up to Monday evening (8/3/26) I had not heard back from Dunkin so I went to back to the store with my receipt and asked if they could re-make the drink. The girl at the front said that the manager was not there so she has to contact her. First she came back and told me that I should have called them the same day that it happened. I told her that I did contact Dunkin on the same day on the Dunkin app. Then she said to wait and she has to contact her manager again. The second time she came back, she said that they only re-make drinks on the same day it was purchased or the day after. I will not be purchasing from this location again - first they gave me a drink containing mostly ice and then when I asked them to re-make it only 3 days later, they came up with different reasons to refuse to re-make it.
