Then everyone behind the counter acting clueless and saying there working on it. Come to find out it’s sitting there ready the entire time. They wanna raise price but screw the quality and customer service. Maybe focus on training your leads and managers.

Rice with a small scoop of beans and meat in the middle. When I asked for more because of how it looked, they said it would cost more. I said the correct portion should have been on it to start and left. That’s the last time I am giving them a chance. Same gray hair guy been doing this since almost the beginning. How have they not made changes to this management team with all the negative reviews and non repeat customers.
