  Chipotle bowl I paid chicken and guacamole for was served without meat. Manager refused to assist unless we drove an hour back for them to “check it out”

  This is the second time I came in within a month and the food is bland. The rice taste plain, the sauces taste mediocre, I had to put salt and pepper in my bowl. I’ll try the location by Starbucks in Kissimmee… never again after $39.08

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is something that needs immediate attention for safety reasons. On two separate visits to this location, I ordered a Coke Zero from the fountain machine. Both times, I had a suspicion something was off and tested the drink using diabetic test strips. Both times, the drink tested as regular soda — not zero sugar. This is not a minor mistake. For someone with diabetes or anyone relying on sugar-free options for medical reasons, this is potentially dangerous and could lead to a serious health situation. What’s more concerning is that I brought this to the attention of staff during my first visit, and the response I received was essentially dismissed as “the lines might be mixed up,” with no clear action taken. Returning a week later and finding the same issue tells me this has not been addressed. At a minimum, this needs to be: * Investigated immediately * Clearly labeled if machines are not functioning correctly * Taken seriously by management and staff I strongly urge management or ownership to step in and correct this before it impacts someone who may not catch it in time. Until then, I would caution others — especially those who rely on sugar-free beverages for health reasons — to be very careful with fountain drinks at this location.

  I go to the Lake Nona and other St. Cloud location all the time and never have any issues. However, the 2 times I’ve been here there has been hair in my food. DISGUSTING!!!! I will not be going back again.

  Just over price food. Charging a dollar for a sauce when they measure everything and quality is not that great. Service just young people that don’t want to be working. They did the work no complaints there. They look overworked. If Chipotle left I will not miss it.
