- NPNevis Pipia5 days ago1.0TERRIBLE! Literally ruined our Friday night. They FORGOT the chicken in the sandwich. Can you even believe it? The most horrible and depressing salad, and all other sandwiches looks like were made by a one year old and COLD, let’s not even mention the fries. Cherry on top? They wouldn’t pick the phone and instead they ask you to leave a voice message that probably will never listen. So sad how this people think they can just ruin your night and take your money. What happened with the chick fil a that used to care about customer service.

There is indoor and outdoor seating along with a play area. Restaurant was relatively clean given how busy they were. There was ample parking but you can get blocked in by drive through traffic. Staff were friendly.

- ZJZoe JonesMay 8, 20261.0This was one of the saddest Chick-fil-A experiences I’ve had. The communication within the staff was horrible. I placed a mobile order before arriving, and 12 minutes before I even got to the restaurant I received a notification saying my order was submitted and wishing me a good day… meanwhile I hadn’t even arrived yet. When I got there, I gave my name to the staff member outside so she could look up my order and somehow it was gone. After the lady had going back and forth between the inside staff, we were told to repeat our order and they would “promo” it out. While appreciated, that was only fixing a mistake that happened on their end to begin with. The whole situation felt disorganized and honestly embarrassing for a company known for customer service. Not sure why this location relies on headsets between the iPad workers outside and the baggers inside instead of using walkie-talkies or a more reliable system. The food quality itself was great, but the experience and lack of communication really took away from it.
