Doing an uber eats order and I get here at 12:30am Sunday may 17th. The order is not cancelled , before I could even walk up a Woman middle aged came out screaming “we closed we closed yeah Buffalo Wild Wings we closed” really rude and unprofessional like. Don’t know why there is such bad attitude and bad customer service at this location. Management should have a chat with their employees and update their business hours via uber eats. Very unnecessary and unfortunate!

The way Arelys has an attitude problem when she’s the one who gives out the wrong information is very mind blowing. I called to find out where my order was and she said it was picked up 30 mins ago then 1 hour goes by I call again and a boy answered saying they don’t do delivery so I was confused because Arely’s said it was picked up and on the way so when I get to the restaurant she must have gotten a case of amnesia and says “she doesn’t recall saying that” however the phone was on speaker so multiple people heard her. Maybe instead of lying about checking on the order had she actually checked then she would’ve saw it was ordered through the website not uber eats. And the website says this location does pick and delivery. I asked for her to remake the food because it’s been sitting at the store for over an hour or if not I’ll like a refund and her answer was “oh I can give you a refund it’s still going to take 5 days though” so I gladly took the refund since arelys seem so bothered. She needs to do a course or something on proper customer service because that was not it. Hope to see her again with a better attitude :)

Horrible service. Took my money for an order only to call me 5 minutes later saying they do not have the food. When asked about my refund, I was told I had to wait until the next day for the manager. It has now been 3 weeks and my refund still has not been processed

Absolutely terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings To Go. I prepaid my order expecting the bare minimum level of competence and instead ended up standing around for over 30 minutes past the promised pickup time while the staff showed absolutely no urgency, concern, or professionalism. Nobody bothered to give updates, apologize, or even acknowledge how ridiculous the delay was.
This was one of the worst takeout experiences I’ve had in a long time. Terrible service, terrible communication, and zero respect for customers’ time. I won’t be coming back.

Arelys is the best employee! She has a cheerful and has such a sweet personality! Everytime I grab my traditional wings I can always expect to see her bright light of the Lord through her service!! Shes a blessing to St. Cloud!
