I am not one that likes to complain but this was just bad. We placed a pick up order through doordash because delivery appeared to be down, which was fine, we didn't mind picking it up. The order was placed for drive-thru pickup but when we arrived the line was wrapped around the building. It was 4th of July and they were extremely busy which we understood. We decided to go inside instead of wait in the Drive-Thru. I spoke to a person at the counter she said that was fine that we came inside gave us the cups for our drinks. We then waited another 30 minutes. They were slammed, it wasn't about the wait, but whenever we started seeing walk-in people get their food before us, I asked a very unmotivated employee with purple hair if she could please check on our order. She said one moment went around the corner and went back to work never came back to give us an update. I finally flagged down the original person that we spoke to who handed us our cups she checked on the order and says I just checked you in. Now when you handed us cups I would have thought you would have checked us in at that point. I understand they might not make it till we arrive, works for me because the food is fresh. I understand that they were super busy but when you handed me the cups you should have checked me in. While we still proceeded to wait another 15 minutes another lady had come in and was picking up an order for doordash. She had two orders to pick up one was in the car And the other she was still waiting on. She spoke to the girl with the purple hair who told her there was no order for that person which she then showed the employee on her phone they had placed an order. Now this wasn't my order but the level of customer service was absolutely absurd she told the lady she didn't know and walked away. If you don't have an answer then get someone that does. The misery on this girl's face made the entire situation worse and the attitude every time she spoke even more amplified. If she can't handle customers she definitely shouldn't be working front and center where everyone can see her or even coming out from behind the counter. Total wait over an hour.
Two times in a row that I ate with them, they messed up my order. Rude staff. I like Taco Bell, but the stuff needs retraining.

My family and I enjoy eating at Taco Bell, but on several occasions—specifically during the afternoon or evening—we’ve been served by a young man with gold teeth. Three times now, whenever we’ve asked about a missing item, he has treated us rudely; he doesn't say "good afternoon" or "good evening," and he tosses our order onto the counter. Believe it or not, he once tossed a full cup of soda at me—it only didn't spill because I was quick enough to catch it. He is completely ill-mannered and lacks any sense of decency. It’s not our fault if he dislikes his job or is poorly paid; perhaps if he had some manners and common sense, he might at least earn a tip.

I went and got some Taco Bell breakfast for the first time in a few months and everything went smoothly. Until I got to the window, the manager was very rude and when I handed her coupon, she’s like you were supposed to tell me at the box but any other time I’ve tried to do that they’ve told me to tell them out the window. So which is it but that doesn’t excuse the attitude and rudeness of the manager of you don’t like job just leave don’t be rude to customers for no reason
