  Went through the drive-thru, got Nacho fries and something else.The Nacho fries were cold and soggy, and also our cashier Mikayla F should be taken off the window and should be put in the back.She's extremely rude and doesn't even say anything, or look at you, she basically just slings the food at you.. I get it you hate your job but a little more professionalism might make it a bit better.

  This is by far the worst Taco Bell location I’ve visited. I was rudely approached while attempting to place my order, and the customer service immediately made the experience uncomfortable. On top of that, the food was unacceptable. My nacho fries were stale and hard, my chicken quesadilla was cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Nothing tasted fresh. The entire location feels poorly managed and unprofessional. Management and corporate seriously need to pay more attention to this store because customers should not be spending money to receive service and food like this. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Complete waste of money and time.

  First time coming here and my order was perfect two girls one black girl and one white short girl was there they were so nice and polite and very helpful sweet lady’s sad I didn’t get their name unfortunately it was a Saturday may 16 @ 2:32 thanks for for being nice and with a great attitude

  I order uber eats frequently and it's usually great. Tonight, I ordered a stacker with steak, extra cheese, added nacho cheese and onions added. There was barely any cheese or nacho cheese and they forgot the tomatoes and it was something I would have expected without all the upgrades. I wish I could post a picture because it was less cheese than I've ever received without paying extra for both nacho cheese and the regular cheese.

  So I use their app to order food, then it says there was a "hiccup" on their end to place the order again. So I try and get the same result. Now they are holding over 100 bucks of my money ransom and the store itself has no clue what happened and no orders for us. I swear this is the worse ran restaurant chain on the planet. It sucks because the food is good and it's unique to Taco bell only but they constantly forget things, make things wrong or have snobby employees that seem like they don't want to be there or that the customer is a burden. I'm going to write them off and go to a real Mexican restaurant. The price isn't much different if we're being honest.
