I've pondered on leaving this review since Sunday, however I have been quite upset over an order I placed, that was wrong. I received someone else's drink. I ordered a strawberry cloud matcha, which I have since dunkin started making them. I came through the epic location on my way to my son's for a day out. Not my usual location, I'm on the north side of St Augustine, near world golf. Realized I got the wrong thing after arriving to my son's. It was a dunken latte, with espresso. I tried to drink it, but ended up with a terrible anxious stomach ache and feeling from all the caffeine, so I threw it out. I tried calling, but no answer, so I tried to get on my app for a problem with order. Noone was available on the weekend. I went through the epic location on the following day, Sunday ordered my usual, explained to the cashier at the 1st window about my wrong drink from the day before, explained I tried to call, blah blah blah, and when I got to the pickup window, I explained it once again to the manager. She questioned me about what time did you call, because I didn't get a call she said. It totally insulted me, because, why? Did she think I was lying, like really? I'm just beyond myself at this point. I wasn't trying to get my Sunday cloud matcha for free, just wanted to let them know. End result, she said oh, next time I'll get your drink. I explained again, this is not my regular location, credit back my drink if you'd like. She simply continued to insult me with her attitude. I don't frequent that location, and I'm not going to drive out of my way for a drink. She said have a nice day with a smirk 😏. Do bottom line now, yeah credit me back or get my next matcha at my regular location. I should probably be suing, because of the terrible anxiety and nausea I got from the overwhelming caffeine I consumed.
