- MRMaria Jose RiosAug 9, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this Dunkin’ location. The employee who assisted me took an unusually long time with my order and was unfriendly and rude throughout the entire interaction. There was no greeting, no smile, and I felt as though I was inconveniencing her simply by being a customer. When my coffee was made incorrectly, I politely asked for it to be remade. Instead of apologizing or simply correcting it, she rudely told me, “That’s how it was.” She eventually remade it, but her attitude was completely unnecessary. I then politely asked for her name, and she completely ignored me and refused to answer. I understand that mistakes happen and I would never complain simply because a drink was made incorrectly. My complaint is about the way I was treated. The lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic customer service was unacceptable. I hope management follows up on this situation and provides appropriate customer service training.

I gave them 1 more chance today, all I got was a midnight blend (supposed to be strong and a dark roast) with toasted almond flavor. I don't know how you can mess that up but they did. I got watered down weak coffee with blueberry flavor in it. How do you mess that up? The last time I went before that. I took my son to get a treat for finishing up school with good grades. We both ordered the new frozen oreo drink. We waited 15 minutes (not sure why it took so long since they weren't busy at all) and the guy sets out a drink and says that its my order. They were both just frozen coffees with no whipped cream or the oreo in it. I told him that they were the wrong drinks and he started to get an attitude and mad about it. They did remake them and thankfully it came out right and quicker that time. But in the time we were waiting, I watched 2 other people get the wrong order as well. Some poor guy had to drive all the way back to the store because they messed up his wife's drink. And another ladies matcha was barely even green. Skip this location or just go to the gas station next to it. Cheaper donuts and better coffee.
