  I've given this location 4 chances and they've screwed up my orders all but 1 time. The afternoon crew is the worst. I gave them 1 more chance today, all I got was a midnight blend (supposed to be strong and a dark roast) with toasted almond flavor. I don't know how you can mess that up but they did. I got watered down weak coffee with blueberry flavor in it. How do you mess that up? The last time I went before that. I took my son to get a treat for finishing up school with good grades. We both ordered the new frozen oreo drink. We waited 15 minutes (not sure why it took so long since they weren't busy at all) and the guy sets out a drink and says that its my order. They were both just frozen coffees with no whipped cream or the oreo in it. I told him that they were the wrong drinks and he started to get an attitude and mad about it. They did remake them and thankfully it came out right and quicker that time. But in the time we were waiting, I watched 2 other people get the wrong order as well. Some poor guy had to drive all the way back to the store because they messed up his wife's drink. And another ladies matcha was barely even green. Skip this location or just go to the gas station next to it. Cheaper donuts and better coffee.

  I placed an online order and it was ready when I arrived. The doughnuts were fresh and delicious.

  they forgot my bacon and this has been the third or fourth time. They have forgot it. Also it will be times I would have received the food or the product would be burnt or it will not be well put together. Their service is slow and this Dunkin’ Donuts is just not it. I have tried calling and they have not picked up. I also have been nice about times when I have receive burnt product and I took it, but now it is kind of getting out of hand When I have came back to tell them what I have received, they always give me attitude or act like they always have a attitude. I don’t recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts save your money and go somewhere else.

  This location has me so frustrated. I like to stop there on my way to work in Jacksonville from Palm Coast but every time I get a food item with a sauce, I run into issues. I called in today and they were like oh yeah it’s because the person that takes the order on the speaker isn’t the person who can do your food so you have to ask at the window. Would like sure I guess, but is it that hard to add a ketchup button to the POS system? Every other drive-through you let them know all your sauces when you’re ordering? Additionally, one time I tried that and they told me they were just out of ketchup and I happen to not like the breakfast item I get without sauce so it’s just very regular that I will go spend money to try to save time and end up not eating.

  Customer care is non-existent at this store. I picked up an Uber Eats from this store. Everything should have been in the bag(s) as it's sealed and I don't know what is in there. I asked the cashier if the entire order was in the bag. She replied yes and I delivered the order. The customer contacted me and said that the donuts were missing from the order. I called the store and they said it was ok for me to come back and get the donuts. I drove about 5 minutes to the store and the donuts were not ready. The cashier was serving someone else. I waited for her to do the money transaction and figured she would get me the donuts ASAP as the store was at fault for missing the donuts but that was not the case. The cashier continued to serve the person she just checked out even after I had indicated I was there to pick up the missing food. It was taking a long time so I told them that I would have to drop off my delivery order in the car and I would come back to get the donuts as my drop off was not too far. I went back and one of the employees who had previously told the cashier to get the donuts for me, came over and looked at the donut box but walked away without handing the donuts to me. The cashier again was doing a cash transaction and started serving the person their food while I was waiting. It would have taken 2 seconds to hand me the box. I had to ask for the donuts. There was no apology to me whatsoever even though they screwed up the order and that I wasted about half an hour trying to fix their problem by driving to the store several times and back to the customer with the donuts. I lost out on other orders while I was fixing their mistake. The only reason I drove back to the customer was because it was a gift order from another person and I knew it was going to be a big ordeal for the sender to get their order corrected because it wasn't Uber or my fault for the mix up. There would not have a way for dunkin to get the donuts to the customer. An apology and a bit of urgency on dunkin's part would have went a long way. They could have easily had the donuts ready in the time it took me to drive to the store after I initially called them but they just didn't care about me or the customer.
