  Food was delicious but the drink machine was out of everything. None of the tables had been cleaned. Maybe they were just having a bad day. The staff was friendly and helpful, service was fast. I'll give it another try in the future!

  I had a good experience overall at Chipotle Mexican Grill, but I was a bit disappointed with the billing. I wasn’t informed that the cilantro lime sauce would cost extra, and it was added to my bill without any prior notice. It would be really helpful if the staff clearly mentioned any additional charges upfront so customers can make informed choices. Transparency like that makes a big difference in the overall experience.

  Ordered an online pick up order, pulled into the parking lot a little bit early. Walked in at my schedule pick up time. Order had just barely been started, which wasn’t an issue since I was not in a rush. However, I stood there for a while, watching my order being prepared, and even though I picked up the bag immediately after the employee placed it on the shelf and I bit into my taco as soon as I got into my car. My taco was ice cold. My food had been sitting too long by the cold table, waiting for the toppings. And the girl who placed my food on the shelf, was rude. Even though she had handed the previous customers order directly to them. She placed mine on the shelf, even though I was reaching out and making eye contact with her to grab the order. She had a scowl on her face and decided to ignore me. On a positive note, the cashier is always nice, helpful and proactive. And the girl putting the food together in the first part of the online order area seemed to be trying her best to minimize wait time for the orders. Unfortunately, my food just sat too long. It was odd to me, that the rice and beans would be placed in the kids container when the protein for the meal was not ready yet. Which leads me to believe my child’s food is also cold aside from the meat which was fresh.

  The food is good. What you would expect from a fast food chain. You get a good portion for the amount you pay. The juices are all really good with unique flavors.

  Phillip is the best worker here by 1000 miles every other worker is just meh, he’s enthusiastic and nice everytime and just the best worker here by miles, he is the same guy that one girl took a picture of and said helped pay for her order that was 2$ short he is just the best and if it wasn’t for him I wouldnt come here every other day, shoutout to phillip
