  Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. The drive-thru setup was an absolute disaster and made zero sense, especially for online orders. My boyfriend and I followed where employees were directing traffic, only to be told AFTER getting our food that we “weren’t supposed to be in that lane.” Maybe if customers aren’t supposed to use it, BLOCK IT OFF instead of acting like people should read minds. Then employees tried telling us that “multiple cars complained” that we cut them off. First of all, how is that even humanly possible in a drive-thru that literally merges into ONE lane? That makes absolutely no sense. Second, WE were the ones who got cut off and honked at by a Toyota Sequoia in the first place. The employees immediately took everyone else’s side, just because we are young and i guess they assume teenagers are automatically disruptive.. they were rude and dismissive, and wouldn’t even let us explain what actually happened. Instead of helping the situation, they acted condescending and blamed us for their confusing setup. The whole experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and honestly ridiculous. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

  Yesterday, we had such an unforgettable experience with a new employee, Linda in the dining room. We were celebrating a 12th birthday and the 4 year old was in a mood. Ms Linda was right there to step in and help us two single moms get everyone fed and situated. We all are still talking about how sweet she was and how southern hospitality still exists. She truly is an angel sent from God.😇

  Most inefficient Chick-fil-A I have ever been to in my entire life. I spent over 45 minutes in the drive-thru while only one person was pushing through orders in the left lane while the right lane was completely ignored and having to only use the kiosk. I counted over 40 cars past me in the drive-thru while waiting and that's after I started counting. I'll never come to this location again.

  The coffee was truly disgusting. Tasteless, and yet somehow, still very burnt. The chicken burrito, mid. The sausage mcmuffin, burnt to rock hard on one side. My boyfriend raves about how much he likes the breakfast burritos here. I don't know if QC at this location has failed or if this is the new norm. Seriously, scrap the jalapeño salsa recipe.
