  Since I've been coming to this Taco Bell, they always have a different person in charge. This Taco Bell has so many issues. To start, the atmosphere is not welcoming to customers; the employees lack customer service skills; and the guy who looks like he is in charge always has an attitude, like he is always mad at something, and he is always defensive towards customers. The ICE machine is not working. No Mild Sauce. Why not put up a sign to let customers know? This Taco Bell needs new management and training on what customer service is. Look at all the reviews! They are not wrong. We have decided to go to a different one. It is a shame, because this one is closer to King's Point, where I live.

  Employee was so rude to an older man who was having a hard time with the kiosk. She wasn’t wearing a name tag unfortunately. It’s sad that our elderly or anyone for that matter to be treated with such disrespect and contempt.

  Very good food prepared and delivered in a timely manner to you whether drive-thru or walk in prices are decent for what you get

  Food is the same as any Taco Bell. But they don’t have a changing table in either the ladies or men’s room, so I had to change my kid on a dining table.

  I tried calling this store 5 times. The phone kept hanging up. I ordered food from them via Uber Eats. My food was received cold ! Tried calling to speak with a manager. No luck.
