  I ordered through the app around 6 PM and got a notification that my order was ready. I understand it’s a busy time, and I’m always patient with staff. But this experience was frustrating. When I walked in, my order was already sitting at the drink station. I politely asked an employee standing at the fries station—who was not busy—if I could pick it up. Instead of helping, he told me to wait for someone else. He then continued chatting with others, while my order was literally right there within reach. No explanation, no direction, nothing. After waiting, I had to raise my voice and ask again before someone finally handed it to me—something that took less than 2 seconds. It’s hard to understand why helping a customer for 2 seconds wasn’t worth it. On top of that, the fries portion in the kids’ meal was the smallest I’ve ever seen. Overall, this felt less like being busy and more like a lack of basic customer service.

  Horrible experience, they pulled me up because I ordered some cookies and then forgot about me. Tried telling the runner that brings food out, her name is Ray. She had a horrible attitude and just blew me off saying they were busy. McDonald is always busy. Customer service doesn't exist for this location.

  We waited 20 minutes after ordering one meal and a McFlurry. The food came out pretty quick however it took forever for us to get our one McFlurry and the manager walked past several times and said nothing. Then looked over to the other manager and said “why are they still waiting” and kept giving us nasty looks. Rude manager, kinda gross, other than that no other complaints. Manager just needs an attitude adjustment.

  The attitude of the drive thru worker at the 2nd window was ridiculous. I understand I placed my order at dinner rush. That's no reason to roll your eyes at a customer for asking you to repeat yourself and to speak to someone with an attitude. This makes me not want to come back to this location.
