  Today the service was horrible! There were 2 young ladies and one was a manager and they decided to attend to themselves instead of the customers.. I only ordered 3 drinks and 1 of them was a fountain drink so I was able to get it myself but after 10 minutes of them discussing personal issues and not making my drinks I asked for a refund the manager asked me why very rude and then yelled for them not to be made even tho they were not anyway because the person that was supposed to be making them was in the middle of a personal conversation with her and looking confused she gave me a partial refund and the worst experience! I hope they FIX the issue before any others are decide not to return as I did! Community and good service goes a long way

  I got 2 breakfast hotcakes and asked for more butter and they were like we don't have enough butter to give out. What kind of fast food doesn't have enough butter that's funny. Wirst McDonald's ever.

  We already don’t expect much from a McDonalds but this one has the upper hand on messaging up all orders. I try hard to avoid this location but unfortunately tonight it was the closest on my way home anyways…. 1st the forgot our 4 piece so my husband gets out of the car to claim it then we realized of course if these forgot the nuggets they obviously wouldn’t put the sauce 🙄 well, we get home an my Big Mac was completely wrong… asked light Mac sauce they put extra I said no pickles no onions they took out the lettuce and left the pickles and onions mind you she asked twice what we said. I had to scrape the stuff off leaving me with 2 meat patties & cheese in other words I ate a double cheeseburger instead of a Big Mac. I’m furious cus Wth is it with McD? Do they just hire the worst of the worst off the streets that they can’t EVER get anything right!! It sucks to have your dinner ruined when you’re already exhausted from work and all you want is a meal & rest!! Ppl just stay away from this location NEVER EVER have they gotten our order correct!!   I’ll begin with the nonethical part of my visit. Every time I visit this McDonald’s they have regular shift employees filling out OTHER customers guest satisfaction surveys. Yesterday, the employee LITERALLY took my phone from my hands after asking if I wanted a free key then proceeded to fill out a customer survey with all positive ratings on each question. They do this every time I am at this location—Have employees filling out surveys on receipts from drive thru that customers didn’t want. Managers—if you want your little bonuses MAYBE earn them FAIRLY?? Because this McDonald’s isn’t getting any full ratings from HONEST surveys!!! There absolutely no way! Managers are earning whatever they are earning from the surveys UNETHICALLY! If McDonald’s cooperate reads ANY of these reviews they will quickly gather how incredibly rude the managers are at this McDonald’s location. The absolute lowest of rude people that I have had in fast food. Ever. The managers LACK basic HUMAN manners—the same manners that most humans are taught at about 2 years old. I kid you not that my 3 year old knows AND uses more manners than these McDonald’s “managers”. Step up to the counter. Manager: “What do you want?” 3/3/26 lunch shift! Manager—I DARE YOU TO SPEAK TO MY CHILDREN LIKE THAT! I’m sorry you guys are all miserable working at McDonald’s with the poor pay and nasty people but maybe find a career where you don’t need to provide customer service or speak to any other Humans??? Good luck!! Go back to preschool and learn your manners maybe??? I will add manager name to this review shortly! And I hope you see this. Nasty nasty attitude towards customers!!
