Instead, I received a call at my scheduled pickup time (10:00 a.m.) informing me that the cake hadn’t even been made. My only options were to accept a refund or wait until 1:00 p.m. to pick it up. This was extremely unprofessional and incredibly disappointing. A birthday cake is often the centerpiece of a celebration, and calling the customer at the exact pickup time to say it isn’t ready shows a complete lack of planning and respect for their time. There was no sense of urgency or genuine concern for the inconvenience this caused. I expected much better customer service from Baskin-Robbins. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that customer commitments simply weren’t a priority.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
