  By far this is the worst Taco Bell I've been to. When I'm desperate for food I go but consistently the food is wrong, comes out cold, and the absolute worst part is the service! I deal with the food but I can't put up with the service anymore! Everytime I'm there, the women at the window act like you're bothering them by ordering anything and they'll have you waiting at the drive through menu for 15 minutes before they're willing to take your order. This last visit was my last straw and at this point I don't care how convenient it is being right next to my house, I will never go back to this location. I hate to complain about anyone in the service industry because I've been there and worked that but this service is absolutely disgusting. This last woman taking payments was so incredibly rude, tried to overcharged me and when asked about it she caught an attitude, readjusted the price to make it more, then told me I'm waisting her time. If I could give 0 stars for service, I would!

  Drive thru always takes forever, the employees are rude and unhelpful, my order is wrong in some way pretty much every time, the night shift lady with the pink hair has a personality problem. As in she's obnoxious, loud, argumentative, and arrogant. She insisted that i told her my online order was for Ian... not my name, when she had repeated my actual name over the speaker not even a minute beforehand. She tried to argue with me again that my order was for Ian and that's what i told her and she called me an idiot. ego nightmare

  I have a question for the people that run this location: why do you make people that order at the drive-thru speaker stay at the drive-thru speaker until you tell them they can pull forward? This makes no sense and it happens every single time I go there. I feel like I'm in a game of mother. May I and I have to ask permission to pull forward.

  I had such an incredible experience at Taco Bell tonight, and I just had to share it. Vanessa, who took my order, completely made my night. From the moment I pulled up, she was so warm, funny, and full of positive energy — it honestly caught me off guard in the best way. She gave me the sweetest compliments and had me laughing the entire time. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about making people smile. It wasn’t just good customer service — it felt like a real, human interaction that turned my whole mood around. Vanessa is an absolute gem, and Taco Bell is lucky to have her. Employees like her are the reason people come back. I left with great food, but more importantly, I left in a better mood than when I arrived. Thank you, Vanessa, for making my night — you are truly amazing!
