  Had the worst coffee of my life. Called to get a refund and they can't be bothered to answer and there's no voicemail. Maybe they will refund me now . Don't mess with my morning coffee

  I was sitting here asking for fresh fries. They had me pull up to the third window gave me more than what I expected, and the young woman gave my Three-year-old a free toy amazing customer service and they had a lot of patience!!! I love that the Manager called my son by his name🥰

  The customer service at this place is honestly very disappointing. The only positive experience I had this morning was with the gentleman who took my order he was polite, professional, and provided great service. Unfortunately, the other two employees were the complete opposite. They didn’t greet me at all not even a simple “good morning.” When I got to the window, there was no communication, no courtesy, just the window opening and the food being handed over in a very careless and dismissive way. It really felt rushed and unwelcoming, like customer service wasn’t a priority at all. A friendly attitude and basic manners go a long way, and that was clearly lacking here. I hope management addresses this because it affects the overall experience.
