The bagels have gotten noticeably smaller, which was disappointing. A few employees didn’t seem very happy to be there either. What really bothered me was that when paying by card, a tip was mandatory, even though it’s basically counter service. Tipping should be optional.

Place is in complete disarray. Yes it’s only been open for a few months but they’re out of everything….. including straws! Food is microwaved and tastes like garbage. Every part of your order comes out every few minutes. Nothing looked like it tasted like real food. Eggs aren’t real eggs, bagels were very small, they forgot to toast them, avocado spread was disgusting. $50 for 4 people and it was literally the worst breakfast ever. All garbage cans were overloaded and tables were dirty. We will not be back! Completely terrible breakfast that takes forever. I saw your reply and there is absolutely ZERO CHANCE we’ll be back. The food was that bad. Your people use the MICROWAVE on every order! I wouldn’t eat here if it were free….. IT’S THAT BAD! Einstein brothers if you want to see the facts go and try to eat at this restaurant. The food is sourced from the cheapest suppliers, then microwaved, and delivered piecemeal to the customers. People don’t like this kind of food. Place will be closed within 12 months.

This is a great little food stop option if you are looking for a nice place to sit and eat a snack or small meal while out and about in the area. Since it was just built, everything inside is new and done well. The music and atmosphere is pleasant and bright with a few outside patio sitting options near the shopping and road area. The workers were friendly and helpful. The menu is pretty big and displayed well with all kinds of bagel flavors, spreads, and sandwich type options and a few pastry/dessert options. Also a decent selection of drinks including smoothies, fruity teas/juices, and coffee options. The iced coffee, which is only $1.99, has different flavors and the coffee flavor is very good, especially for the price. My daughter loved her cinnamon roll and it did have a nice cinnamon glaze around each layer of pastry. I would say the food options are priced as a sit down option vs. a grab and go option but fairly priced. The store hours are only until 2 so mostly a breakfast, brunch, snack, or lunch type option. We were warmly welcomed even though they were about to close. I wouldn't mind a few other food options like fruit bowls or salads (there is some space in the front area for take and go options like this), but I do get it's primarily supposed to be a bagel food place. :)
