They always get my order wrong And yesterday I let her know that my coffee didn’t look right and she said what do you mean it’s what you ordered And I said it’s never that dark of a color so then I gave it a sip right in front of her and I said that’s nasty and handed it back that it does not taste like how I get it every single day and she made a rude face at me, rolled her eyes and handed my coffee to another girl in the back and talked bad about me right infront of me and told me to pull forward. When I took a sip of my coffee, it tasted like they poured normal coffee in with some water and I told her this and she did not care. I pulled forward and they remade it, and it was even more disgusting than the first time So I got out of my car and threw it away right in front of her. And the other customer behind me pulled around me and saw me throwing it away and said that she just had the exact same issue And ended up paying for her drink, not getting a refund and not being satisfied, which is exactly what I went through as well. This location needs to be investigated or closed down. I also find it extremely strange how everyone that works here is female does not speak English and Punjabi Sikhs they have no other ethnicity working at this location, which to me seems like a little bit of discrimination because you can’t tell me that people of color or other people have not applied there because it’s 2026

When the store is supposed to be open, the drive-through says it’s closed because they purposely turn it off. I’ve had to go inside to pick up my drive-through mobile order. The store is so dirty and every time I get my bags of food, they are full of sauce. Really do not recommend this Dunkin location.
