  I usually give establishments the benefit of the doubt however this type of disappointment has happened over (3) times at this particular establishment. Tonight I ordered (5) means for the family, so of the bowls had ingredients I didn’t even have listed. Some were just plain wrong. And then you have this one in the photo with no rice. Like how do you forget to add rice. I’ve ordered ahead multiple times and they seem to not meet the time hacks either of when it will be ready by. Like I said I’ve tried multiple times however this was the last straw. I will now suck it up and drive the extra miles to one of the other establishments and take my family order and money elsewhere. Need to do better.

  I eat at this Chipotle 2 or 3 times a week because it’s so close to my house. Before this one opened I had to drive 20 minutes to get my fix. I love this location, it’s never super crowded and the service is always fast and friendly. Hunter, who works the register is always in a good mood and friendly. He seems to always be there when I go in so I’ve taken to calling him the hardest working man in the restaurant business. If you’re near Westlake, stop in.

  Bag was wet from juices leaking and didn’t notice it until the drive home when the bag ripped and spilled all over the car. Our burrito was barely wrapped, both in the tortilla and the wrapper. I tried calling multiple times within 10 minutes of leaving and no one answers, even though they were not busy. This is very unsatisfactory.

  I have been eating Chipotle, on and off, for many years. This was my first visit to this new location. Honestly, I can barely eat my food. This is the saltiest Chipotle I have ever had, so much so, that I I’m literally forcing myself to eat it. Even the guacamole is insanely full of salt. So very disappointing, especially when you pay extra for guacamole and have to throw it away:(

  I hate to do this, but their takeout orders are just so atrociously slow that it makes it not even worth going or wasting your time with this location in particular. If you’re really craving chipotle just go to a different one, you’ll get much faster service at other locations. This has nothing to do with the staff either, you could tell that they’re working hard and they’re trying their best. Either management is in scheduling properly or they are not just not getting enough applicants to keep up with their business. I’ve come here three or four times before this and it’s all been the same so this time I decided to leave the review and hope that they get this fixed. I’ve been here 40 minutes now though waiting on an online order.
