  This is by far the most VILE Chipotle I have ever been to. Judging by the other reviews it's clear that I am not the only person who feels this way. For being a new establishment, the cleanliness and customer service is an absolute zero...I wish I could give negative stars on here. This isn't my first time at this location, and every SINGLE time I go it's always a horrible experience. Tonight will be my last time going into this location. I walk in at 10:26pm and they close at 11pm. I understand that it's late and running out of food is normal at later hours, but the staff of about 7 people were on their unsanitary phones and packing 8+ boxes of food for themselves! There was still another 34 minutes before closing and they left no food for paying customers. I walk up and a female worker is actively preparing herself a bowl which she continues to do the ENTIRE time that i'm standing there. I ask if they have any rice or barbacoa left. The female worker looks at her other coworker who I was watching put back the rice scoop to take the rest of it home in her to go box. She then shakes her head no. I'm actually in shock. A man, who i'm assuming may be a shift supervisor goes to the back kitchen and comes back with a small amount of white rice in a silver container and literally throws it into it's section. I look at the rice and judging by the presentation, it seems he must've taken it out of one of their take home boxes and put it back to sell to me. He walks to the cooking area and they all continue to ignore me pack food and play on their phones. This is quite concerning watching the phone germs being passed around considering the news of the recent Hantavirus outbreak. Anyway, I leave with nothing. There is so much more that I would love to write about but unfortunately Google review has a limit. I had about 10 minutes left at this point, and I was starving so I raced over to the Chipotle on 441 across from Total Wine. They actually had food that they weren't taking from paying customers and were actually working, not stealing company time. Jeremiah and Eddie were VERY quick to help and let myself and the customer ahead of me know what they were out of. That's when I let them know the HORRIBLE experience that I just had and the customer in front of me said she had just come from that location and she experienced the SAME EXACT thing! She said she's tried to give them a chance so many times and every time the service is awful and everyone there have terrible attitudes. I expressed that I am a business owner and if I treated even ONE customer the way they treated me, I wouldn't be in business. The young men continued to do a great job of assisting us and I let Jeremiah know that every time I have gone into that location, he has been so kind and positive towards me. He always has a smile on his face and really seems to like and appreciate his job. People like HIM should be in supervisor and management positions. Chipotle needs to fire the entire staff at the Southern location, sage it and rehire. Everyone there are lazy and have no clue about cleanliness practices. I saw some of the other customer reviews on here...someone found a hair in their food and almost threw up. That doesn't surprise me at all. Chipotle please do yourself a favor and clean house at the Southern Blvd. Royal Palm Beach location.

  Good food & the cashier was very helpful & couteous while checking out. However the young woman serving was of foreign decent & had a hard time understanding me. I said chicken twice & still didnt get any chicken in my bowl. But she knew how to smile.

  The store was dirty, food was everywhere, the black beans, pinto beans and toppings were burnt and crusted to the side of the containers! Individuals and customers were not greeted, they were rude and not accommodating at all when asked questions. 30 minute wait for white rice when we watched a manager carry a huge container of white rice to the drive-through, but not service any of the 20 customers waiting in line. We will not be returning!

  I do not appreciate ending a long day of work and going to get food- just to be rudely spoken to and glared at by their employee (one in particular). Teach your employees some basic customer service. I will not come back to this chipotle again.

  Worst chipotle ever!!! Always out of protein, tou can the scraps, at 9 pm, when the place is open until 10 pm!… And they will tell you it’s “fresh” ??? Like what the hell???? So they really think you’re stupid or on drugs???? Absolutely nothing positive about this place. Sadly, barely deserves one star…. Management. Up your game people, otherwise you’ll be out of business before you can apologize to all the patrons you treated like crap and you really, really depended on them… Because in case you don’t know this….. your customers are your bread and butter buddy!!!!
