  and to the Girl that was making bowls august 28th 2026 around 1230 pm, you’re attitude so so stink that i had to throw away the bowl from the energy you put into it , it’s disgusting how simple requests made u furious and u should evaluate ur career choices in life , simple requests that were not fulfilled simply because you wanted to be petty

  This is my nearest chipotle to my house but everytime I order something just doesn’t taste right . Also chicken is never cut fully or cooked .

  Disappointing experience. This location is incredibly inconsistent, and the food quality is often poor and far too salty. The staff consistently seems overwhelmed and understaffed, which results in a lack of customer service. Honestly, if you order from this location, you should be prepared to either complain to corporate or simply accept a disappointing meal and experience. Unfortunately, even contacting corporate doesn’t seem to accomplish much. Just look at the reviews the pattern speaks for itself. This is a disappointing store that clearly needs to improve its food quality, staffing, and customer service. At this point, I won’t be returning to this location or, quite honestly, any Chipotle. And a special thank you to the Chipotle App Support agent, Urduja Hope…Your handling of the situation was truly impressive. If the goal was to make a customer never want to order from Chipotle again, mission accomplished. Keep up the great work you’re clearly doing an excellent job showing customers the door.

  I just left this establishment and I will not be returning, I had a young girl making my tacos, and when my tacos went down the line, she was told by another worker she put too much steak on one of my tacos and that some had to be taken off then another worker proceeds to scrape off the extra pieces on the taco with his gloved hand off my taco then proceeds to try to finish making my taco I immediately tell him no I need a fresh taco.I tell him I’m not eating anything you just scraped the meat off of with your hand. Mind you, the manager is standing behind them this whole time. this place is a mess. I would never come back here. I’d rather drive across town. I never experienced such a thing and I feel bad for the worker because you could tell she was new. Now I see why the rating here is so low.
