  Just left from ordering food here on the serving line assembly of food laid out. Typically with this style of layout you can request extra of a particular item and they will charge you accordingly. No exception here my last 5 visits but this time around at 5:55 pm I asked for extra oxtails. The guy was serving it up for me and the lady working right now came out back finally and told him they don't do extra of anything since they have no way to ring it up. I told her that the other staff rings it up at $7.00 for extra and depending on how much you want they will charge $7.00 extra on top of the additional $7.00. Basically they usually make it happen and serve it the way you want. The lady today told me they don't do that and she don't know why or who did it for me in the past. I've been here 5 times before all different servers and they all know what to do. But I assume instead of figuring it out and making it happen for me she refused to do it. $25 is crazy work for a plate of oxtails with no cabbage. Honestly for that price I shouldn't have to ask for extra anything just to make my meal enjoyable. Restaurant was empty you would think that no matter what you would try to keep the few customers you have left.
