  The customer service from the employees is disappointing. This is my first time in this restaurant and they wouldn't explain anything or tell me the ingredients. Just made it an uncomfortable experience. Even when I asked for recommendations on the flavors of the meat, they were annoyed. Prices are wild too. This mediocre bowl was $16. Small portion sizes, overly salty meat. Go somewhere else.

  Got thru a 40 minute wait for food, made an entire Harrisa bowl got to the end and the girl said “ oh we don’t have dressing” you can pick a vinaigrette or not get it. Excuse me? Who puts vinaigrette on a bowl with hot honey? And why are you out of so many dressings and not re upping or informing ppl before they waist close to a hour of their day? Yeah management needs to be on this one. I won’t be going back. To top it off she threw the bowl out in front of me after saying it.

  Had a great experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted it. The staff was friendly, patient, and kept everything moving even while it was busy. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick. Definitely one of my favorite places to grab something healthy that still tastes good. I’ll be back for sure!

  Please retrain all of your employees that worked Sunday.August 9th around 7 p m on customer service and food safety (wash hands before putting gloves on after handling trash and don't sweep dust into my bowl, while employee is making the bowl. When I walked in, no one was in line, I stood there for several minutes.Finally , a black haired employee came out from behind the counter and got right in front of me and started to place an order with a tall male employee! How rude! First of all, you have no customers and you can't even wait on the one that's in line! Your business has really declined. And at this point , none of them deserve a job anyway!

  Yesterday my family decided they wanted to go to a restaurant called cava they heard all the hype about it. I don’t usually leave reviews and this one is not gonna be good. Going through the line. They’re very confused and I understand that it’s a new business they don’t know how to react fast enough to service people, but anyways when we got the food. Very disappointing I got something called Honey chicken avocado pita there’s so much on it. It comes out soggy. The pita was so soggy. Everything was ice cold. The chicken is at least supposed to be warm the avocado, the pickles the pickled onions is so ice cold it hurts your teeth. I know it’s supposed to be chilled, but not to the point frozen my husband‘s pita was lamb. I kept it very simple lamb rice, feta corn. It had no flavor no taste and everything else was overly salty. It cost me $90 at a fast food chain. I could’ve went to a sitdown restaurant and paid a little bit more and had a normal dinner. It’s a small establishment. Nothing is picked up. Bathrooms are filthy. Garbage is overflowing. People are on top of one another. It’s not worth the hype. The food is really not that great the pita I took one bite out of it the pita and decided I’m not eating this. It’s garbage talk to the manager. He offered me something else. I said no I don’t want anything else. He said well there’s nothing I can do. I can’t refund you you gotta talk to customer support and talk to them and see if they’re willing to refund you all of that for $16 which let me just say this pita $16 it’s overpriced food is very overpriced. It is not that superior and not that great like I said it’s not gonna be a good review. I don’t find anything pleasing about it. I will not be back. There’s no reason to be.
