first time here and all the employees have no sense of urgency, waited in line for 25 minutes waiting for people ahead because they wanted chicken and they were out, so they just let the line grow until chicken was ready. I asked if I can go ahead of them if I didn’t want chicken and the employees just acted like I wasn’t there. manager amanda was extremely rude when I said the wait was a little long for one person wanting chicken and not letting other people order and she said “that’s just how it is”. definitely won’t be back

My harissa avocado bowl was good, except someone put all the cabbage stems (?) in the slaw; I had three cross-section slices that were inedible. Someone doesn't know how to chop a vegetable! The servers were somewhat slow and inattentive. They were all very young and I didn't see a manager anywhere around. The dining room was quite dirty with tables that hadn't been wiped down and napkins and other trash on the floors under the table. After all this wait and hype, I'm very disappointed.

Can't I tell you about the food because I never got it.
A beehive of activity in the prep and togo area.
While only one person putting rice in a bowl and one person doing everything else on the line.
Waited 20 minutes at which point all I had was rice and lamb in a bowl and there were still 7 people ahead of me waiting for their toppings.
Horrible service experience.
Mgmt needs to better observe where help is needed.

The experience was largely positive, as is typically the case. While there was a considerable queue, it appeared to be influenced by customers ahead who exhibited indecision regarding their orders and difficulty recognizing common vegetables such as tomatoes. Additionally, the grill cook seemed to be experiencing challenges in maintaining pace, as evidenced by frequent requests for food calls, which likely impacts the efficiency of food delivery. Nevertheless, I maintained a composed perspective and ultimately had a very satisfactory experience.

Dear Manager,
I’m writing because my recent visit left me disappointed. The servers were rude and unhelpful, and the overall service felt unhurried. One server placed rice and lettuce in our bowl and then walked away without returning or saying a word. A different server eventually came over, but she took the order from the people behind us before addressing our needs.
This level of service was upsetting. These are young staff who clearly need better training in basic customer service and respect. I feel sorry for the restaurant — the food and atmosphere have potential, but poor training and inattentive service are hurting the guest experience.
I hope you’ll address this with your team so future customers don’t have the same experience. Thank you.
