- SSSamSep 13, 20263.0Dine in was filthy, I noticed the thickest layer of dust on the thermostat just as you walk in, build up in every corner, the walls were covered in spills and dust, the tables were all sticky, there were termites flying around landing on the window seals, staff had to be asked 4 times for the bathroom key to which every employee just looked stupidly at each other and apparently lost their voice in transaction. Cars were waiting in front of the front doors for there food from the drive thru line while still taking drive thru orders. Parking lot had spilled drinks and food all over it. Needs alot of work!

I was overcharged (cashier charged me 3 instead of 2 sandwich) for my order, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they refused to refund the extra amount. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they were rude and dismissive. All the employees and Manager were try to distract me and forced me to get off from their store without refund the amount, which they charged extra! $3.99 was not a big issue but their behave and attitude was not quite well for honest business!!! Everyone can make a mistake, but good customer service means correcting it and treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope management looks into this situation and provides better training so future customers are treated fairly and respectfully.
