- MPMia Pertee6 days ago1.0I frequent this Dunkin because it’s literally within walking distance of my job, but unfortunately, there is one cashier who consistently has a very unpleasant attitude. This morning, I walked up to the counter and actually had to greet her first. I said, “Good morning,” and she just looked at me without saying anything. Customer service matters, especially when you’re dealing with people first thing in the morning. I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable or unwelcome simply trying to place an order at a location I regularly support. Her attitude was unpleasant enough that I ended up canceling my order and going to another Dunkin up the street instead. I really hope management addresses the customer service at this location because its convenience is the main reason I frequent it, but I’d rather go out of my way than continue spending my money somewhere I don’t feel welcomed.

I just kept watching people walk in and out with their orders and watching the majority of the people focus on the drive-thru only. Definitely the worst service I've ever had at a Dunkin donuts.

Save yourself the headache and go to the next nearest location instead.Here is exactly what happened:No Restroom Access: Right after placing and paying for my order, I asked to use the restroom. Staff completely refused and told me to walk over to the gas station next door.Out of Food & Refused an Immediate Refund: After taking my money, they told me they were completely out of chicken for my chicken croissant. When I simply asked for a refund for that item, they told me they "couldn't do it" and expected me to drive back tomorrow just to get my money back!Forced to Make a Scene: I refused to leave without my money. I had to stand there, complain loudly, and cause a scene for 30 to 40 minutes before they finally gave me my refund.The staff here is completely unhelpful, lazy, and has zero concept of customer service. It shouldn't take 40 minutes of fighting just to get your money back for food they didn't even have. Avoid this location at all costs!
