- JBJay BJul 23, 20262.0HORRIBLE SERVICE. i placed an order last night through the app for a 10 pc CLASSIC (as shown) I received 10 boneless wings instead (which is a charge difference) I called them 4x & the machine said they were closed. I called again today to make a complaint & instead of refunding me or giving me my correct order the GENERAL MANAGER told me they couldn’t do anything unless I bring in the food with the receipt. No apologies or anything. this not the first time they’ve made a mistake but it will be the last. i will not be supporting them anymore cause clearly they don’t care about their customers or their hard earned money they spend. take a customer service course and do better next time!

Then to top it off I think I was given old wings that were a different sauce at first and they probably tried to rinse or cover with then flavors I asked for because those weren’t the right flavor. Maybe from a previous order that wasn’t picked up or that had been sitting waiting awhile waiting for a food service delivery company that hadn’t shown up yet. Total waste of time and money!!!

I ask if I can try it and the lady taking my order is like sure they just have to make it. So as im waiting and its made, the lady who took my order is about to hand it to me. Out of nowhere the manager or lead is like "oh he wants to try it". Takes the lid off and puts some of the sauce that was in container on the lid and hands it to me. Like im dog or something, I look at her in disbelief, at what she thought was ok and just set the lid down and walk out. If she wanted me to pay for it, its one thing but I've never seen nothing like that in my life.
