- SMSavana MyersMay 9, 20264.0I visited today (May 9th around 1:00 PM) and ordered food and a smoothie. The food and smoothie both tasted great, so no complaints there. However, the service was frustratingly slow. One employee with curly hair was preparing the orders and moving slow in every aspect and had a real lack of urgency which led to about a 20-25 minute wait. Eventually, another employee with a ponytail stepped in and appeared to take over most of the work to help move things along and I finally got my order. The quality of the food was good, but the slow service and lack of urgency really hurt the overall experience.

Expected me to pay a second time with a promise of a “refund if we see it come through.” Absolutely not, I’m not paying over $40 for two smoothies and a promise. Then sent a girl out to make the smoothies who apparently got instructions to move in slow motion because my goodness!! Definitely a disappointing experience all the way around.
