  Asked for extra spicy ranch on my cheezy gordita crunch and received literally NONE! last time i ordered a midnight baja blast an got seltzer water in a cup. Zero stars if possible

  Staff was very rude and I placed my order, everything looked correct on the screen then I get my food and go to meet someone for their lunch and once I check my food, they gave me food I didn't order, some items weren't there all together but 2 items were correct. I go back in and I was forced to pay for the items I had previously ordered but didn't receive though I had a receipt and showed what I was given. I tried again another day and they messed my order up again! Wouldn't recommend going, at least around 2, I will never be going back though.

  The girl working the drive through was so concerned with getting me to complete my order and tell me the total. Every single time I ordered an item she told me my total and asked me if I wanted to round up. If she just gave me some time to place my order maybe she would’ve gotten my order right. They missed one of my items that I ordered and got the protein wrong in almost everything I ordered.

  Order a Crunchwrap supreme and it barely had any ground beef inside! I called the location, nobody answered. So I drove back to the location and came through drive - thru to express my concerns. A Spanish lady came to the window with an attitude and slammed my old order on the table and opened the Crunchwrap to see if any ground beef was inside. She then proceeds to tell me that there is only 1 scoop of ground beef that can do. Horrible customer service , food expectations are not up to par.

  I actually called into Customer Service to complain and of course I never heard back from anybody. I walked in and I heard swearing. I thought I was miss hearing. I was one of the people working there had their phone on the speaker and the person they were talking was swearing every single word. After I ordered that same employee sat down at the other corner with the speaker on and just swearing back-and-forth. This was an employee!! Don’t know where the manager was. Maybe that was the manager. The place was not busy at all right at lunchtime and now I know why. The two other customers and I looked at each other and could not believe it. Was very disappointing as when I made the complaint to corporate and I never heard from anybody. I used to like Taco Bell. I think everybody should boycott this store.
