  How does one leave a review that simultaneously praises the service and value add individual employees give while also creating a dire warning for a future customers of the brand? Ordering highly custom Pizza this evening that I ordered before, and through a management change the details were lost so I had to invest some extra time and explaining it to a brand new crew. They were highly suspect but nevertheless stuck with the set of instructions and were almost as mesmerized by the first crew that created it almost a year ago. The big detriment to the service came at its conclusion after a so much as a half an hour waiting for this highly embellished process of converting what is normally somewhere in the realm of Detroit style pizza to Chicago style where I was for the first time in my entire life told that red pepper, herbs, or chalky parmesan packets were no longer offered and I would instead have to pay enough charge for a Shaker which contained far more than I would ever reasonably use for one pizza. This is a anti-consumer Act of greed and opportunity by Pizza Hut and it comes with something that typically comes complimentary at the end of a deal to make it that much sweeter for repeat transactions. I cannot begin to pry into the minds of the sociopathically ill individuals on the board of trustees that thought this was a good idea, but souring the deal with a brand new charge at its conclusion is the difference between a repeat customer and someone that will think very carefully about whether Pizza Hut really is that much of a convenience over bringing something from a grocery store where condiments would already have been available for purchase. It was a very unwelcome change from someone who has eaten quite regularly with this brand across the metro area since the mid-90s. Unless this changes within the calendar year I'm going to instruct my financial advisor to divest LongRange Capital and Yum China from my portfolio. I want nothing to do with this ill-fated in ill thought out strategic misdirection. Guess it's up to us millennials too start making our inherited dollars start acting like votes.

  I spent 32 dollars and some change on 2 three toppings pizzas and a pasta bowl, and the bread sticks were delicious,me and my girlfriend only ate one slice of our own pizza's.they were not good at all neither was the pasta,so I wasted 32+ bucks on a meal that wasn't good enough to make me come back again.the pizza tasted like it was made with old products.i never had pizza hut to taste this way in my life😩

  Poorly managed. Imagine being on long flights all day then finally get home I order my pizza within business hours. They closed at least 5 minutes early and cancelled my order! 0/10 most likely won’t be ordering here again. Soooo unreliable

  BEWARE!! THE PIZZA IS DISGUSTING!! There's no sauce and hardly any bread to hold the topping and we didnt order thin crust, and they didnt put any seasoning on the crust. You might as well get a frozen pizza next door at Publix. It would taste better than this! Will NEVER GO BACK!

  Amazing store ran by and amazing Gm Patricia. I typically come for my lunch breaks and my food is always ready and fresh ! No complaints at all . Even come on the night shift and the staff is working hard getting orders out and mines is always correct, ready and fresh ! Highly recommend this store . Best store in Tampa in my opinion! Great staff and excellent quality! From your local UPS Driver !
