  Young lady working on Friday night did an amazing job of making sure customers and Dashers were helped in order. Got home with my pan pizza and it made this 80s kid very nostalgic. Perfect combo of crispy and soft.

  Today I had one of the worst experiences at this location in my life. I spent almost 50$ on pizza just for it to come soaked in grease. I work from home and ordered this pizza for my lunch break by the time it arrives my break was over and I was unable to call the location about my issue so I weighted until 5pm when I got off of work. When I called I asked to speak to the manager who immediately had an attitude with me when I asked to confirm she was the manager. I then stated my issue of which she asked what kind of pizza it was. I explained the greasiest pizza was the meat lovers one and I did need a full refund of the order just a refund for one of the pizzas or atleast the order remade. She then proceeded to tell me that “because it’s a meat pizza it’s going to be greasy” I’ve had meat pizzas from Pizza Hut several times they have never come with a soaked box of grease. Nevertheless I told her I understood but that doesn’t explain the vegetable pizza being greasy. She then instead of answering my question asked me “if this order was placed at 11 why are you just now calling” in a hostile tone. I reexplained that I am a worker who can’t pause there day to argue about greasy pizzas. After that she said there was nothing she can do to help unless I used my gas and my time to drive the pizza down there today on a Friday night or wait all the way until Tuesday when the General manager would be in. I couldn’t finish my pizza, and I couldn’t even get decent customer service. I’m ashamed to say there are definitely establishments out pizzaing the hut. Please note some of the photos I’ve taken are AFTER hours of sitting so there was so much oil the pizza couldn’t even soak it up.

  I cannot believe that this place is conceited enough to make their only bathroom in the restaraunt, by the front door, for employees only. It blows my mind how absolutely ridiculous that is.

  Waited over 30 minutes for 2 pizzas that were supposed to be ready when I arrived. Only one employee was actually doing anything, witnessed what looked like manager standing around the entire time. Teenage girl working was only person doing anything at all. Girl deserves a raise, everyone else needs to be fired and never allowed to work again.

  This location is horrendous, its like they are not even trying in there. Be prepared to wait 15 minutes before even getting acknowledged, oh and while your waiting you cant even use the restroom cause manager says its for employees only. Lazy and poorly managed location!
