  Every time I come here, I have such a great experience fast service great people great character great management. Everything about this place is great. Please keep killing it guys y’all made Night special things to Mr. Dwane and miss nique for just lighting up the atmosphere as soon as I walked in, had my order out extremely fast thank you guys so much. They need a Raise

  Nothing like walking in to get your pizza and there is nothing in the oven then waiting 25 minutes after your pizza is supposed to be ready all to not have your toppings on it. Just to wait for them to make it again while the rest of your order is just sitting on the table, not in the warmer, not on top of the oven. Maybe they didn't hear any orders come through because they had the music cranked way up. I really hope this is my worst experience that I will ever have there.

  If I could give this a 0-star rating, I would. I had a very disappointing experience at the Big Bend Pizza Hut. I placed an order and paid for two pizzas, and the evening manager, AHJANIQUE, took my order. At that time, I did not know her name (or that she was the manager), but her name was listed on the receipt, which is how I was able to identify her later. I clearly explained that I wanted extra cheese, but not placed on top of the toppings. When the pizzas were ready, both were made incorrectly. When I brought this to AHJANIQUE's attention, she told me, “That’s how we make the pizzas with extra cheese on top of the toppings.” I explained that I understood that, but I specifically asked for it not to be made that way. Her response, “Well, I told the girl in the back how to make it,” came across as dismissive and unhelpful. I politely asked that the pizzas be remade to match what I ordered, and she rolled her eyes and went to the back. She remade only one pizza, not both. When I told her both pizzas were incorrect, she seemed annoyed and walked away again. As she walked away, I asked for her name, and she responded, “I ain’t gotta give you my name,” while turning up the rap music playing in the restaurant. The loud music, her attitude, and the overall environment made the situation even more uncomfortable. The other employees also seemed hesitant to help, as if they were intimidated by her. I asked one employee for the manager, and they pointed to AHJANIQUE, which was surprising, given how unprofessional she was. After asking multiple times for my second pizza, a male employee eventually handed me my pizza. I ended up leaving with one remade pizza and one pizza that was still made incorrectly. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and poor customer service made this experience very frustrating.
