  Went inside to order because the online ordering has multiple fees. Tried ordering a 6 pc all flats and the lady at the front told me “we aren’t doing all flats right now”. I told her I don’t mind paying because there’s an option ONLINE to order all flats for $3 up charge. She said even with the up charge no flats. I walked out. How are you going to tell a paying customer they can’t order all flats when there’s literally an option and additional charge for all flats. Not the first time I’ve had issues at peppajak over all flats. Not coming back.

  Food is always good BUTTT workers are always stepping over each other , can’t communicate with each other , loses orders . Even if you order 30 mins before your lunch break your order will still not be ready . The girls there need more hospitality and better up keeping .

  Excellent food and excellent service! The wings were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The fries were hot and fresh, and my order was prepared exactly as requested. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the pickup process quick and easy. It's refreshing to find a restaurant that consistently delivers great food and great customer service. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious wings!
