  I always come here to get my caramel frappe , and i am so extra with how i want it done lol . I came tonight and the girl who made my frozen her name was janese i hope thats how you spell it , she did an amazing job i drank this frozen coffee in about 5 mins thats how good it was , thank you janese !!! Amazing job!!

  VERIFY THE ORDER BEFORE YOU EAT Twice now this location has messed up my order with either wrong items, missing items or somone else's order. Seriously, slow down and fill the orders correctly. Pay attention to what you're doing. It's not that hard of a job

  Worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. They're consistently out of the most basic of items and are completely unreliable. I've tried to go 4 times spread out over the last month and they haven't had unsweetened tea every time I've gone. I'm not going at weird times either.... brewed tea should be available in the general time frame of 7:00-7:30AM. This time they told me that the water line is down. Has the water line been down for a month??? Do you guys need me to recommend a plumber or something? I'm not sure who is responsible for making sure this location meets the bare minimum standards to be a functioning mcdonalds but it doesn't currently appear to be anyone. This might literally be the only mcdonalds location in the entire world where the tea machine is broken more than the ice cream machine.

  Straight bs from this place. Hit or miss with orders being correct. Today I Ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge I Was told to park in the front of the door and wait three and four orders came out. I’m just waiting on a Sundae. The worker who I asked how long it would be for my Sunday was very pleasant and when I tried to get my order After I waited. I pull off and taste my sundae and it was not hot fudge. It’s the syrup that’s placed on top of the milkshakes or the frappe. The hot fudge is usually thick and hot. I called the person who answered the phone acted as if she didn’t even care. Y’all need managers in there that care about quality and customer service because the some staff in there need attitude checks and customer service training.

  I work for DoorDash so I’ve been to 1000 McDonald’s I went to this McDonald’s specifically 15 minutes before breakfast started. They received an order for lunch before that I drove 10 miles to get to this place and they said that they’re not taking any orders because they’re busy setting up for breakfast when I told them that they are supposed to be selling lunch still that I still had 15 minutes they refused and told me to leave I have a chance to speak to a manager or somebody who actually cares about this business
