  I have been there twice. I ordered on the self-service machine, both time they brought me the order wrong, and both time they gave me a hard time when I asked them for my missing food. Not going to be a third time. My advise, go somewhere else, this place needs a whole new team.

  Last night I went to the drive thru line,line was moving well but soon I got to the speaker to place my order I set there for almost 25min n Noone said sorry we will be with you or nothing but the other car in the other line they did so after 15min they took there order and then they drove off another car pull up they say sorry we will be with u but still nothing on my end I waited 5 more min n still nothing so I drove off just to see they only had 3 cars that order and was waiting on there food.... That was crazy seating there and Noone knowledge me I would been a little more patient if someone said sorry for the wait or something...

  I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years, and the service used to be pretty rough. However, over the past couple of years, things have improved significantly — especially during the morning hours. The staff has been much more efficient, friendly, and accurate with orders. At most McDonald’s locations, it feels like our order is almost always missing something or made incorrectly, but that honestly hasn’t been the case here in a very long time. They’ve been consistently getting our orders right, which has made a huge difference in the overall experience. I can’t really speak much on the evening shift since I usually come in the mornings, but the breakfast/daytime crew has definitely turned this location around.

  I ordered a plain daily double meal got to the window. She thought I ordered a double cheeseburger with a large fry and a medium drink. I corrected her several times on what I actually wanted when I got the food My cheeseburger with loaded with stuff, even though I asked for plain and I got a extra burger that I did not want nor did I order Not plain, I would love to get a refund because I’m not eating it so instead I had a kids meal for a two year-old a four piece nugget meal instead of what I originally ordered. Please do better. I have photos

  Worst McDonald's ever. I only order from this location as a last resort and regret it every single time. The wait is always extremely long. Fries are always soggy and cold. It doesn't matter what time of the day. It's consistently bad. It doesn't get worse than this. Thankfully a new location is being built down the road.
