  This place is amazing. The first day I went my car started to act up as soon as i got to the front of the drive through line. After I pulled my car over so I didn't block any one. I let them know what was going on and they were so nice and understanding of my issue. They kept asking if I needed anything and told me I can stay there and not worry about needing to move until the tow truck got there.

  I would like to say the wait time is normal given how amazing the drinks are however if you don’t like longer than wait times please check out the walk up route. I appreciate great customer service from Dutch Bros but Deja, Chris, and Justice are such great baristas. They manage and keep the lines moving (I commend them in the heat for numerous hours moving the lines and the others as well). Keep up the vibes Dutch Bros!! Customers please be respectful these are high school and college students they are being learning and trying, give GRACE ❤️

  Listen everyone this is a new coffee place so of course there’s gonna be long lines on the weekend. The energy drinks are still energy drinks. They taste like energy drink drinks, the lemonades taste like lemonades, but if you’re looking for a pretty good trendy cup of coffee you’re gonna feel right at home. They don’t have any inside service. It’s only drive-through or walk up. So that’s also part of the reason why the drive-through line gets so long The drinks are made pretty quickly considering. I don’t remember the names of the drinks, but I’ve had the Irish coffee one from a couple different locations and it’s always made pretty well. My wife is trying a few different drinks and has never had anything bad to say about any of them. My son always wants the blue lemonade and he loves it every time. They do have alternate milk options. I usually go for coconut milk and it’s always really good.

  Love your business, Today I arrived at your location at 5:20, already had 8 cars in line. I love your coffee but every time I stop at this location, I'm always late for work, I gave myself 40 minutes to get to work and still didn't make it in time. The staff is amazing and working hard to get people out of line, but when I first arrived I only saw two people working. When I left there were at least 5 people working and the line was finally getting taken care of. Not sure if the staff is overwhelmed by the amount of business or there is just not enough staff at opening each day. I came to your location another day, five cars in line and I only saw one employee. I can't stop if I'm going to be late every day. I ordered two large drinks and got one medium double torture and one large golden eagle, needless to say didn't have time to get it fixed, just icing on the cake for a bad morning.

  I have been to Dutch bros every single day since its opening purchasing 6+ drinks every day. Usually my experience is ok but today was a different story. I can only have a certain amount of sugar per day and when I got the drinks we weren’t sure which was which. The lady at the window was super nice and tried asking someone named Koda to clarify the drinks due to my sugar limitations. He wasn’t sure so the lady at the window said she was uncomfortable giving me the drink since they weren’t sure and it didn’t look like it normally does. She was being incredibly courteous which is hard to find these days. She says she is going to remake it to be safe and in the middle of her sentence another lady comes to the window and asks her what she’s doing very abruptly. I understand they’re busy but this person was rude to the very kind lady at the window. The kind associate explained that there was some confusion and the other person who I’m assuming is the manager kept cutting her off in her sentence saying “the drink was made how it was ordered” “No, you need to be giving the drinks out as they are made” “what’s the issue” “why are you confused, the drink is made correctly”. I finally chimed in and said that she was not in fact confused, the people on the back side were because this so called manager was incredibly rude to the employee. After her going back and forth multiple times I just said don’t worry about it and walked off. Regardless of how busy you are, the way you communicate to your employees matters. Someone needs to speak to that associate and give her a lesson on being rude and disrespectful. She was aggressive for no reason and her attitude is unacceptable. We won’t go back or ever encourage someone to visit this location again.
