    I just set in line for 20 minutes, one car in front of me. That is not good for customer service so we left without getting anything. You need more help.

    The food and coffee here are great. The line is a major issue though. They run double lines and multiple occasions I’ve gotten stuck in the line waiting almost an hr for coffee even when I had already ordered. Because of the way it’s setup there’s no way to leave the line either so you’re stuck. If there’s an emergency or you’re late for work because of it, you’re pretty much screwed. This is a horrible setup. There’s also never a reason you should wait almost an hr for coffee when you’ve already ordered. Unfortunately this is a regular occurrence. If I see any sort of line now I just go to Starbucks across the street because it’s not worth the hassle.

    I guess I'm not smart enough to navigate the autocross track of cones set up. I drive by 3 days per week and some times there's a line around the building, but at 615 this morning I couldn't figure it out. I'm sure it's good. Maybe one of these days I'll figure out how to order.

    Got coffee here twice, wanted to think it was a bad first drink but if you are a coffee person this place will literally give you flavored milk. I don’t know if the espresso or the machine isn’t working well enough but I didn’t like it. Staff are very nice though.

    ****UPDATED REVIEW FOR 8/13/26, STILL ONE STAR BECAUSE I CAN’T GIVE 0**** I ordered their Island Potion Iced Lemonade. It looked pretty on the app, showed much promise. What I received looked like something I made at home, and the “broista” just said, “oh well the pomegranate sinks to the bottom”. When you advertise something called a pomegranate FLOAT, it should float. I used a reward that was given from previous bad experiences at this location, and not even with 0 customers both in the car line and at the window, did they make a beverage that actually looks like something you want to drink. Full disclosure, I dumped it out once I got home because it tasted horrible. Hard Forever Pass for yall. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Expect to wait a long time for your beverage, even when you order ahead. I was parked at their line for 7 minutes with no runner in sight, and I had ordered my drink ahead of time through the app. They have a double order line that merges, and the times I’ve been to this store, there have been over 12 cars in line and only one order taker because why would they think of having speakers on the menu windows so people can complete their order. Or better yet, there are other fast food places with double lines and the wait time is minimal. Don’t waste your valuable time. All of my visits have been disappointing due to the length of wait time. By the time I get my beverage, it’s so watered down to the point that it tastes nothing like what I ordered in the first place.
