  it took them 1 hour to get my hash browns never got them staff was terrible and never got a refund never come here

  Well, it’s the only DD in the USA that doesn’t comprehend my English accent through the intercom. I travel frequently for work, and I’m a loyal customer of the company. However, this particular DD has repeatedly failed to understand me through the intercom. When I asked the dark-skinned, young, short lady about the issue, she bluntly told me that it was my accent. I asked her if she understood me when I was speaking to her, and she confirmed that she did. I then suggested that there might be an issue with the intercom, but she insisted with laughter that it was my accent. It’s perplexing how I can work with individuals who have advanced degrees and are involved in high-end automation systems, yet the DD employees are unable to comprehend my accent. The decision is yours to make.

  This is one of the few Dunkin’ Donuts locations that’s open 24 hours, which I really appreciate. I come here about three times a week around 4:40-4:50 in the morning for my iced coffee, and the staff is always amazing, friendly and welcoming, with smiles on their faces. Honestly, I couldn’t start my mornings without my Dunkin’ ice coffee. Even with all the construction and road closures that make me go further out of my way just to get here and then double back to continue to work.

  They haven’t failed me!! Ever!! I had to start coming to this location cause the other one was bad. Good staff!
