- ESEve S3 days ago1.0I don't know if they were running out of cream cheese or something but they put a tiny thin layer on my bagel. Is there a cream cheese shortage? Where is my half a brick of dunking cream cheese on my bagel? Where is any at all? 0/10 if I could give it. Worst breakfast. So cheap they can't even give you a real spread of cream cheese.

Below is what I ordered versus what I got. Yes, that's an upcharge for the WRONG DRINK. When I questioned it, they said "we gave you a shot of vanilla!" That's not what I ordered AND you overcharged me for it. Love Dunkin but just can't deal with this location anymore.

Waited a few minutes to see if someone came out no one did, I said to the two female employees the door must be locked and no one’s in there. Rudely one said someone’s in there and I responded if you don’t want me to use it just say so. She got nasty. Eventually an employee came out, phone in hand. I went in and came out to apologize but all three two Caucasian and a black girl had attitudes. This is poor service and etiquette when working with the public. I’m not big on apologies but I tried and was met with nastiness. I have been a loyal customer to the DD for 50 years but service has definitely gone out the window.
