  This is the second time I did an online order and the portion of food was ridiculous I paid for double meat and it most certainly was not double meat. Reached out to Chipotle Customer Service and they could care less, now for a second time I waste money on a bowl and still the same small portions smh.We work too hard to eat out from time to time and not get exactly what us customers pay for.

  The lady with the braids in a ponytail making bowls at 4:30 on Saturday 8/22 wasn’t polite at all. Everytime I go in things are fine and everyone’s nice. It’s my turn in line the lady doesn’t ask what I wanted she just looks at me, didn’t ask a single question or spoke the whole time I was ordering my bowl just looked at me like that was her question. I get we all have our days but that shouldn’t reflect in a job setting and it makes other people feel the negative energy.

  This chipotle deserves 5 stars 100% and I’ll explain why: The manager had everyone working straight no fooling around, he was checking the tables and straighten the chairs as he walked the place, he checked the restroom no later than 1 minute after I used it, but here is the best part and the reason I am doing this review: I have been to many chipotles and I understand that service and atmosphere sometimes sucks, but hear me out, there was a girl checking the temperature on the food … THE TEMPERATURE!!!! if that’s not caring about costumers then I don’t know what is. Great place, please keep it up all Chipotle locations should learn from this one.

  I rarely ever complain so this may be my first non-5 star review. Walked in 4:30pm on a Sunday - only customer in the building. Walked by one employee sweeping, 2 employees on the line filling their stations, and what seemed to be the manager on duty who made eye contact, but nothing else. No employees ended up looking up to just make a simple acknowledgement, like "hey we'll be with you in a minute". The most basic, easiest principle of customer service. Waited patiently to order for 2 min, but ended up just walking out. I've frequented this location in the past. Hope to see this turn around being a new business. Please stick to the basics when it comes to customer service - it's the differentiator in any business and shows you care.

  Lady at register was extremely rude when she didn’t ring me up for tortilla she wanted to do a new transaction for it. (I own a store in retail so I know that the transaction fee from credit card merchants isn’t even worth it for them) When I asked about the difference in price from bowl and burrito she rudely just said there is none. Which makes the tortilla charge silly. If that’s the policy that’s fine, but be polite about the communication. She proceeded to just throw the tortilla in the garbage. I won’t be back.
