  There were shards of glass in the burrito I had delivered. I tried to call the store but got connected to an AI that can't understand the issue and won't connect me to somebody in the store. Food safety and guest satisfaction here isn't taken very seriously. I also want to mention how messy the restaurant is in general. The tables and floors are always covered in trash. The soda machine almost always has half the sodas out of stock. There are multiple health and safety violations and the restaurant should consider shutting down and/or new management

  I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle due to both the service and the behavior of the manager, Amber Summers. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The staff seemed irritated, and when I asked a simple question about my order, Amber responded with unnecessary rudeness and an attitude that was completely unprofessional. Customer service should never make guests feel uncomfortable or disrespected. Mistakes and delays can happen, but the way situations are handled matters, and this experience was handled poorly. Instead of trying to help, the interaction felt dismissive and confrontational. I’ve been to many Chipotle locations before and never experienced this level of poor service. Management sets the tone for the team, and unfortunately this location reflected that in the worst way. I hope corporate addresses the customer service standards here because no customer should be treated this way.

  I agree with the 2.6 review rating. Too bad management,owner, and/or ceo won't read these reviews. At least the folks are nice.

  Stopped in to pick up food last night on our way home. We got 3 different bowls to go. We were all up sick, all night. The only thing I can think is there was some type of cross contamination. We had 1 steak bowl with black beans, queso, light sour cream. We had 2 chicken bowls. One with no rice or beans, fajita veggies, half hot salsa and half mild salsa with guacamole and lite lettuce, we had a chicken bowl with with pinto beans and rice, half medium and half mild salsa. All 3 bowls were different and I cant think of one ingredient the same, yet we were all very sick. Based on reviews this location really needs help.
