  there is as a mix up this morning with my family’s order in the drive thru, for some reason what we ordered didn’t print out on the ticket, it was other items. so i went inside and explained the situation and a very nice lady named sallie helped me when i honestly thought i wasn’t gonna be believed and they’d think i just wanted free food. i work in food too, so i know how it feels being acknowledged for your good service in a review. goes a long way. so thank you miss sallie!

  I expect a drive-thru to be quick and accurate. That wasn’t the case here. Moyo never verified my order, seemed confused throughout the interaction, and spoke in a dismissive tone. I repeated myself multiple times and still ended up with the wrong order and an unnecessary delay. The issue wasn’t just the mistake it was the lack of care in the interaction. This was well below the service standard I expect from a Chick-Fil-A

  These people have a way of working that I just don't understand. If their hours are until 10 PM, why do they let the public in, only to tell you once you're inside that they aren't serving customers anymore—except through the outside window? It's completely absurd and stupid. If they don't want to work anymore, they should just close the store and be done with it.

  Ordered a 30 piece chicken nugget for my wife,daughter and I. The girl taking my ordered looked at me as if I was fat ordering a 30 piece. She also took to long to take my order as she was talking with her coworker and seemed as if I was bothering her because she had to stop her conversation. The food was good but will never come back to this location. I don’t need to be Judged for my food order and also feel like a inconvenience for ordering my food

  We had such a special experience at this Chick-fil-A today that I just had to share. My daughter had an award ceremony earlier that morning at school, so I decided to take her out to celebrate, and it honestly turned into such a memorable lunch. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely positive. We had the pleasure of meeting several staff members, and every single person we interacted with was kind and attentive, but Audie truly stood out. He was incredibly patient, especially with all the kids there, and handled everything with such a calm, cheerful energy. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, he’s an absolute ray of sunshine and made the whole experience feel even more special.My daughter is still talking about how nice Mr.Audie was! The food was excellent, just like you’d expect, but what really impressed me was how quickly everything came out without sacrificing quality. Everything was fresh, hot, and exactly right. I’ve been to this location many times and it’s been a while but this by far was the best experience I’ve ever had. Between the outstanding customer service, the welcoming environment, and the efficiency of the team, this visit really went above and beyond. It turned a simple lunch into a celebration we’ll both remember. Highly recommend this location we’ll definitely be back soon!!
