Clean and best Cava I have been to. Food is always hot and fresh and they have the best lemonade I’ve ever had. Dee is a breath of fresh air and very welcoming to everyone she interacts with. I highly recommend coming to this location.

Love this place. Food is wonderful. Best employees anywhere in the area. Just wish they cup up/shredded the greens like the one in St Pete.much easier to eat since I get half super greens and half rice.

I was really disappointed with my experience at CAVA today. I placed an order for pickup, and it took 17 minutes just to have our bowls prepared. During that time, one employee was actively working on the to-go orders while another employee was just standing around and not helping. When I finally received our food, my daughter’s kids meal was completely tossed into the box and was a huge mess. On top of that, items I specifically requested were missing from my order. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but the wait, lack of urgency, messy presentation, and missing items made this experience very frustrating. I expected much better, especially for a pickup order.

No complaints about the food, but it seems like this place is competing with Popeyes on who has the worst customer service. I got in line with one person ahead of me who was almost done with their order; there were two employees, one working on mobile orders and one idle. I stood there for minutes without being spoken to, but it was obvious my presence was felt. I have also been to this location multiple times, and it’s always the same interaction with the staff; they’re always unbothered and behave like they’re forced to be there, like grow up we all have jobs to do.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and had such a great experience at Cava today! The food was amazing, everything was very fresh and delicious. The restaurant was super clean. Skia and Dee were especially sweet, kind, and energetic. They really made the experience today even better! You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Will definitely be coming back!
