  Obi made my first visit absolutely AMAZING!! he efficiently explained the menu and granted service with a smile and the best attitude!! so much props to obi ! will be back just for him! THANK YOU OBI

  I had such a great experience at CAVA, and the biggest reason was Sydney Gecewicz. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness really stood out and made the entire visit enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone who cares so much about providing excellent customer service. Sydney is truly an asset to the CAVA team, and because of her, I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Sydney, for making my experience such a great one!

  The establishment is clean and all the staff is friendly. Normally when I ask for recommendations at a restaurant I’m not always pleased. However, Amonee was my server, I asked her feedback about the food & decided to go with her recommendation. I enjoyed my meal and the entire staff. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service she provided her welcoming smile and energy. Amonee is what you call great customer service.

  Stopped by cava today and had a really great experience. The food was fresh, tasted amazing, and everything was made just the way I wanted it. Kaylee was the highlight of the visit. She was friendly from the moment I walked in, took her time to answer my questions, and made the whole experience enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. They were busy and she was still professional and hospitable. Great food and even better service. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope Kaylee gets the recognition she deserves!

  The only issue that can be fixed is the the RICE and Lentils is as if it’s plastic. I’ve tried 4 times different days and still is not normally soft to bite always hard. Is it plastic? I know that if they correct it I can land them a 4star from top to bottom. Please get another rice brand/lentils or cook longer in steam or water.Everything else is fine so far.
