- SSSol Sant'AnaJul 26, 20262.0The place looks cool, but the food was not good at all. We had the 3-4 people Family meal which included Brisket, smoked chicken, ribs, macaroni cheese & French fries. They served an uncooked and cold brisket, the chicken had absolutely no taste and the ribs was hard as a rock, indicating it was cooked and left in the warmer for hours. The macaroni and cheese was horrible that even our 3 year old couldn’t eat her favorite food . Mind you that the employees do not take our order nor to the bring our meal to the table. You scan the menu and them choose. A $75 dollar dish, really? You cannot afford to have an employee to come to the table to “really” waiting on us for that kind of money? We did complained about uncooked brisket and lucky the gave us another piece that was cooked. Very expensive including tip for no service and bad food!!
