  I had a very disappointing experience. I placed an order for 10 pizzas at 6:00 p.m. and was told they would arrive by 6:53 p.m. The pizzas never came. When I called, I was transferred to customer service, and the representative was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager, Sam, and another employee were very rude. If your store couldn’t fulfill an order of 10 pizzas because you only had two employees working, that would have been understandable. All you had to do was call and let me know. Instead, I was left waiting with no communication. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I received different explanations. First, I was told DoorDash had already picked up the order. Then I was told the pizzas had been disposed of because they had been sitting in the warmer too long and no one picked them up. Based on everything that happened, I’m convinced the pizzas were never made. The lack of honesty, poor communication, and rude customer service from the management team made this a very frustrating experience.
