I ordered A pizza online through the Pizza Hut website and placed it for delivery. The food was not delivered at the stated time. so I called the store. Lady answer the phone and said they just took the pizza out of the oven and handed it to the driver who never delivered the pizza. After waiting about an hour for the pizza that never arrived, went to the store to inquire about it. The manager a man was extremely rude. He was upset, saying that they gave the pizza to the delivery guy, but yet the app from the Pizza Hut only showed that the pizza was in process of being made on my end— it-never showed tracking of delivery beyond food being processed.. Who ever they gave the pizza too the delivery guytook the pizza , cancelled my order and never delivered it. came to the store to inquire because I kept trying to call them and all of a sudden their phones were forwarded to customer service reps -went to explain the issue ,they were telling me I needed to call DoorDash -told them I did not place my order through DoorDash. I placed it on the Pizza Hut website and placed it for delivery on their site. The manager (male) had no grounds of trying to listen,understand or solve the issue-all he kept shouting was they gave the pizza to the delivery guy, who by the way cancelled the order once they gave him the food—not once checked to see their app didn’t fully send delivery tracker to my phone. don’t doubt they gave it to the guy, but it was never delivered. Then he refused for about 40 minutes or so in redoing the order or at least compromising. He finally decide to make the order, but the pizzas were not fully done, I also ordered cinnamon sticks that he gave breadsticks. He did not want to do it. If you are in leadership then your disposition and behavior should reflect that -if you don’t know how to handle the customers situations maybe the position need to be reconsidered with someone who does not lead with their emotions. He act as if He spent the $41 and then to remake and not fully cook it all the way is just as bad as not receiving it, if it’s unedible. However, there was a lady that worked that night. She did her best to try to assist shot out to her, thank you—but for the male manage—Worst manager service ever!!!! Your attitude and behavior reflects the store for which you work and represents and that night it was very disappointing and disheartening to see and experience.

We ordered 6 pizzas all with different toppings and they made all 6 of them exactly how we ordered them! Not a single mistake, just good pizzas, and a even better service. If you have a big family to feed and you don't want to waste your time arguing about your order being messed up, give this place a try! Sam the man with the plan will have you in and out before your kids have a chance to say they're hungry!
